That is naive... AC21 is not an administrative decision of USCIS... It is a law... AC21 = American Competitiveness in the 21st Century act!! It was passed by congress and the only body that can revoke it is congress.
USCIS cannot revoke AC21.. only congress can. Please dont be paranoid. The most USCIS can do is refuse to change their current stance on same/similar job.

Seems like the HR are stupid. A lot of places I interviewed never had this issue, unless it is a security clearance job where even a GC holder cannot qualify

This is the note I send them when I m in the call and Prakash noticed this and read this on the call . I m happy that major issue got noticed because there are lot of questions which are not related to receipt delays
Just to answer your question . Most callers are July 2nd applications who have not received the receipts ..where as others who filed in August are receving EAD's . This is why we are here . We can send n examples regarding this

Now how do you know that, do you check their passports or do you ask them point blank about their origin. Or do you try to place them by their accent. Obviously not. The only way you can make such a blanket statement and attach an "immigrant of some variety" lable is by the looks alone. My friend, the last ten pages are precisly about such issues. Also, it is quite possible for a third generation Indian/Pakisani, a true Brit nevertheless, to work at Heathrow ... and If I borrowed your eyes for a minute, I see only an immigrant invading the country.
i'm as indian as you are and have been through LON more than once and it's more than obvious that it's staffed by recent immigrants- from their speech and from the casual use of native language all around. i think the point that was being made though was that any "racism" you perceive at LON is not from the maligned "white brit". hope you got that point...

Will you guys stop this madness atleast now?. If US started bending rules for people who send flowers, then everyone will try to manipulate the system. i am waiting too, for the full month of june my attorney was sitting on my case not filing it as they were busy preparing the doc's for the july filers, finally they filed on july 2.
Exactly right. My attorney sat on my completed applications for more than 20 days and decided to file it on 2nd July. And now they refuse to even follow up with USCIS about the fate of my application.. Wish I could take legal actions agst them..

The kentucky number mentioned in one of the replys confirms the date on which our H1 was approved. When you call up the number, on mentioning your case #, it pulls up the date on which H1b was approved.
Could anyone who's received a email/ call please post a message to the group, indicating the wait time and date of the first interview?
